The conference will consist of keynote speeches, paper sessions and panels, and will begin with an excursion to Utøya, one of the two main sites of the terrorist attacks in Oslo on 22 July 2011.

Conference fee
Participation is free of charge. However, participants must be from the Nordic countries, and cover their own travel and accommodation costs.
Participation without presentation/paper
Policymakers, practitioners, and researchers can also attend the conference without presenting a paper. This form of participation is intended for Nordic policymakers and practitioners only.
Excursion to Utøya
On the first day of the conference, 17 June, the conference will be at Utøya, one of the sites of the terrorist attacks in Norway on 22 July 2011. Sixty-nine (mostly) youths were killed and many more wounded by a lone right-wing terrorist.
The excursion to Utøya includes a keynote by C-REX deputy director Anders Ravik Jupskås on the public perceptions of the terrorist attack on 22 July 2011, as well as a guided tour.
Please note that due to limited capacity, only paper presenters will be offered this option.
