KI utlyser bidrag för resor med utresedatum mellan 1 januari och 30 juni 2020. Resebidrag kan sökas för t.ex. deltagande vid konferens, kurs eller forskningsvistelse. Ansökan görs elektroniskt. Formuläret finns tillgänglig i KI Prisma under ansökningsperioden 1 – 15 oktober kl. 14.00.

Axel Hirsch resebidrag för kirurger (period 4)
|
KI utlyser bidrag för resor med utresedatum mellan 1 januari och 30 juni 2020. Hirsch fellowship för kirurger, hösten 2019
|
KI utlyser bidrag för resor med utresedatum mellan 1 januari och 31 december 2020. Resebidrag kan sökas för en längre resa för t.ex. inlärning av ny metod. Spikning av avhandlingar under tiden Universitetsbiblioteket (KIB) i Solna är stängt på grund av renovering
|
Doktorander som ska disputera offentliggör sin avhandling genom ”spikning” vilket görs vid KI:s bibliotek tre veckor före disputationen.
Under hösten 2019 och våren 2020 kommer universitetsbiblioteket i Solna att hålla stängt på grund av ombyggnad. Under denna period kommer istället ett tillfälligt popup-bibliotek att erbjudas i Hus 75 (Retzius väg 13B) på campus Solna. Du som är doktorand är välkommen till popup-biblioteket för att spika din avhandling, men du kan också boka tid för spikning. De bokningsbara tiderna ligger på eftermiddagarna då popup-biblioteket har stängt för dagen. Biblioteket i Flemingsberg är öppet som vanligt. Där kan du spika när som helst under ordinarie öppettider.

Stockholm's premier career and jobs fair in life science and health is back!
Being both a career fair and a jobs fair means that we will cater to those of you seeking a job and those of you still exploring. How do we do that?

More than 75 organisations have participated in CHaSE in previous years. | 2. | We have career seminars for all different educational stages (BSc, MSc, PhD, Postdocs) and talks that are most relevant to you. | 3. | We have company workshops for some companies that want to speak to a target group (you can apply to be selected). | 4. | We have a talent matchmaking service that puts you in touch with companies that hire, you might get an interview during CHaSE! | 5. | We have a post-event networking pub with company representatives. |

Biomedicum-Bioclinicum Young Researchers Symposium 2019

Applications to present posters and flash talks for the 3rd Biomedicum-Bioclinicum Young Researchers Symposium will open shortly. Register to see some of KI’s newest and brightest group leaders showcase their work and discuss their careers. Prizes will be awarded for best talks and best posters.

The first MF-KI Olympic Games will take place on 5 October. If you are sporty, you like to compete, or you simply enjoy being active, you will have the possibility to show your skills in different sports and compete for your “nation”, alone or in a team. There will be the possibility to play beach volleyball, basketball, tennis, football, floorball, table tennis and running.
The DSA together with BAS (Biomedical laboratory scientist section), Artemis (Occupational Therapy Section), LS (Medical Students Section), IdrU (MF Sports Committee) and KIPA (KI PostDoc Association) invite you to join them for this big event that will put together all KI for a fun sports day! Grants can be applied for a longer travel period for the purpose of learning a new method. The grant can cover travel costs and accommodation for up to 6 months. Nailing of theses while the University library (KIB) in Solna is closed due to renovation
|
Doctoral students nail their theses at the KI University library in Solna or Flemingsberg no later than three weeks before the public defence.
During autumn 2019 and spring 2020, the university library in Solna will be closed due to renovation. A temporary pop-up library will instead open on Retzius väg 13B (Floor 3) on campus Solna. As a doctoral student, you are welcome to the pop-up library to nail your thesis, but you can also book an appointment for the nailing process. The bookable time slots are in the afternoon, after the pop-up library has closed for the day. The library in Flemingsberg is open as usual. Here you can nail your thesis at any time during regular opening hours.
