Forskar-ST kan sökas av doktorander på KI som samtidigt genomför sin ST-utbildning inom Region Stockholm. Behörig att söka är doktorander som vid ansökningstillfället ännu inte genomfört sin halvtidskontroll samt har genomfört högst 42 godkända ST-månader.

Vice ordföranden samarbetar nära med ordföranden i dialog med KI:s ledning, MF och externa organisationer. Du kommer att vara "go-to"-personen för de olika arbetsgrupperna och kommer också att handleda och hjälpa arbetsgrupperna efter behov. Ingen förkunskap i svenska krävs. Ansök idag!

Gå med i en av DSA:s arbetsgrupper?

Är du intresserad av att gå med i en av DSA:s arbetsgrupper och vara med att planera olika uppdrag eller evenemang? Vill du träffa andra doktorander på KI och få din åsikt hörd? De olika DSA-arbetsgrupperna arbetar på olika sätt för att förbättra forskarutbildningen på KI.
I år finns det fem olika arbetsgrupper i DSA:
Studentrepresentation: Den här gruppen organiserar studentrepresentanternas workshop och etablerar plattformar för kommunikation för att koordinera centrala och lokala studentrepresentanter. För mer information, kontakta Dina Dabaghie.
Forskarutbildning: Den här gruppen stöttar studentrepresentanterna i kommittén för utbildning på forskarnivå på KI och andra centrala organ som t.ex. kurs- och programkommittén. Gruppen diskuterar strategiska frågor inom forskarutbildningen, såsom t.ex. kvalitet i kurser och handledning. För mer information, kontakta Leonie Vetter.
Välfärd och hälsa: Gruppen för doktoranders välfärd och hälsa arbetar flitigt för att säkerställa studenternas välmående under doktorandperioden. Den här gruppens fokus sträcker sig från fysisk och mental hälsa, arbetsmiljöförhållanden till migrationsfrågor. Exempel på tidigare arbete innefattar utformning och analyser av enkäter om mental hälsa, hitta lösningar för att hjälpa doktorander (t.ex. Mindworkout träningsprogrammen) etc. Gå med i denna arbetsgrupp genom att kontaka Jan Philipp Reising!
Sociala events: Den sociala event-gruppen är ansvarig för att arrangera mingel för doktorander inklusive DSA:s pub, frågesportskvällar samt sportevenemang. Den här gruppen jobbar för att se till att doktorander också kan ta del av fritidsaktiviteter under sin tid på KI. Om du skulle vilja vara med och hjälpa till att organisera event eller har idéer, kontakta Weiyingqi Cui.
Public relations: PR-gruppen jobbar med att sätta ihop och distribuera information från DSA och andra (t.ex. KICC, KI karriärservice, TEDxKI) till doktorander på KI. Gruppen använder Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, sitt nyhetsbrev samt doktorandsektionens hemsida. De representerar även DSA under introduktionsdagen för doktorander. Gruppen letar alltid efter skribenter, konstnärliga utformare, entusiaster inom social media, redaktörer samt webbplatsansvariga. Doktorandnytt riktar sig till framförallt till doktorander. Syftet är att informera om nyheter och praktiska detaljer som rör KI:s forskarutbildning.
Doktorandnytt skickas ut ungefär var femte vecka från Fakultetskansliet på Karolinska Institutet.

Primary target groups for Doctoral student news are doctoral students as well as the departmental directors for doctoral studies and administrative officers for doctoral education. These groups receive the letter automatically. Other interested groups (for example doctoral supervisors) can subscribe to the newsletter at the staff portal.

Call for research residencies ("forskar-ST-medel")
|
|
”Forskar-ST” is a programme for financing research during the residency (in Swedish ST-utbildning). To apply you have to be a doctoral student at KI (not yet having performed your half-time review when you apply) as well as a physician performing your residency within Region Stockholm (having performed maximally 42 months of your residency).
Deadline for applications: 16 March 2021 at 4 p.m.

The total number of active doctoral students during the autumn semester 2020 was 2039. 334 doctoral degrees and 6 licentiate degrees were issued during 2020. 377 persons were admitted to doctoral education, of which 58 % were women.

The vice chairperson collaborates closely with the chairperson in dialogue with KI leadership, MF, and external organizations. You will be the go-to person for the different workgroups and will also supervise and help the workgroups, as needed. No prior knowledge of Swedish is required. Apply today!

Interested in joining a DSA work group?
|

Interested in getting involved in the DSA and being part of the organization of a variety of different events? Whether you just want to meet other doctoral students around KI or have a say in the doctoral education, the different DSA workgroups deal with several different tasks to improve things for doctoral student at all levels. This year, there are five different workgroups within the DSA. Check out the different workgroups and get in touch with their representatives:
Student representation: The Student Representation group organizes the student representatives’ workshop and establishes communication platforms to coordinate central and local student representatives. For more information, please contact Dina Dabaghie.
Doctoral education: This group supports the student representatives in the Committee for doctoral education and other central organsations such as the Course and programme committee. The group discusses strategic questions regarding doctoral education such as quality of doctoral courses, doctoral supervision etc. For more information, please contact Leonie Vetter.
Welfare and health: The Doctoral Welfare and Health group works hard to ensure doctoral students’ welfare during their PhD journey. The focus of this group spans from physical and mental health, work environment conditions to migration issues. Examples of past work include designing and analysing mental health surveys, coming up with solutions to help doctoral students (for e.g. the Mindworkout program), etc. Join this workgroup by contacting Jan Philipp Reising!
Social events: The Social Events group is responsible of the organization of mingles for the doctoral students, including the DSA pub, trivia nights and sports events. This group works to make sure doctoral students can also enjoy leisure activities during their time at KI. If you wish to help organize events or have event ideas, get in touch with Weiyingqi Cui.
Public relations: The PR team works with packaging and distributing information from the DSA, and others (e.g. KICC, KI career service, TedxKI) to doctoral students at KI. They utilize Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, our newsletter, and, of course, their website. They also represent the DSA at the doctoral student introduction day. They are always looking for writers, artists, social media enthusiasts, editors and website managers. If you wish to develop your creative side, join this workgroup by contacting Jessica Gracias Lekander.
