LK releases this year’s sustainability report
Our sustainability report provides a comprehensive review of our sustainability measures, our goals and how we intend to achieve them. We hope that this report will increase knowledge about sustainability issues and inspire more sustainable initiatives, both internally and externally.
The COVID-19 pandemic meant that 2020 was a special year for the entire world. Despite the difficult situation, we succeeded well in managing the effects of the pandemic on LK during the year. 2020 was a record year for us in terms of sales and results, and our employee survey for 2020 also showed an increase in all overall indices compared with 2019.
In summary, we succeeded in becoming even more efficient last year, despite the fact that many people were forced to work from home, a challenge that everyone met in a fantastic manner. Most of our customer meetings and events had to be cancelled and rearranged, from physical to digital meetings, and this transition has also gone smoothly, as reflected in our results.
We will continue to constantly develop our work methods in relation to both the external environment and the work environment, with the aim of achieving increased sustainability for our customers, for ourselves and for the world around us. Our sustainability report provides further insights into how we intend to do this.
